Yoga is considered therapeutic. Through my own practice I have become more aware of my body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It has made my body more flexible and I have the ability to relax even in the midst of stress. These are the foremost reasons people start practicing yoga. Are you ready to feel more fit and energetic, be happier and more peaceful?

Yoga is a science that has been practiced for thousands of years. Yoga’s perspective is that there is a clear mind and body connection. This is now being proven by modern medicine. Substantial research has been conducted to look at the health benefits of Yoga and how it affects the body physiologically, biochemically and psychologically.

In my own life, I have overcome a weight problem, self-healed degenerative disc disease, and have easily and joyfully made dietary changes which resulted in improved overall wellness.

A few of the benefits of a regular Yoga practice cited by scientific researchers are; a reduction in heart rate, increased immunity, improved sleep, balancing of weight, increased energy levels and an increased sense of well being, better concentration and memory, a decrease in glucose and sodium levels and an and cholesterol levels.
